Key Responsibilities المهام والمسؤوليات
Identify processes, document gaps, and provide solutions to close gaps and enhance processes.
Develop scope of work statements, work breakdown structures, resource allocation models and implementation action plans.
Identify any recommended enhancements to Oracle R12 configuration
Provide solution designs and data mapping for interfaces, extensions, conversions, and reports
Develop test plans and perform testing activities
Provide needed business reports by utilizing standard reports and develop FSG reports
Develop training plans and documentation and assist sessions.
Provide input to planning and scheduling direction for project and release management
Document all recommendations, requirements, design, configurations, meeting notes, test scripts and results, and project issues as required
Perform other duties as required
Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor degree is required; in Computer Science, MIS or related area; or any equivalent experience and training providing the required knowledge skills and abilities to fulfil the position requirements
5+ years in the field of oracle EBS consultancy as Functional
Experience of leading project teams
Strong analytical skills
Knowledge in different tracks especially Supply Chain, HCM , and Project with solid understanding of oracle module cycles, Integration , and accounting flow

Experience in the implementation of the following modules:
o General Ledger
o Receivables
o Payables
o Cash Management
o Order Management
o Fixed Assets
o Property Management
o Treasury
Strong experiencing in setting up multi-org structure
Solid understanding of oracle ERP structure
Excellent functional knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite with specialist knowledge in Financials
Strong consultancy skills engaging with Senior Management
Acted as a lead functional consultant and/or Solution Architect in at least 2 end-to-end Finance implementations.
Good experience in period/Year closing and reconciliation
Excellent command of Oracle OUM Implementation methodology
Confident meeting facilitator and effective workshop facilitation.
Flexibility to deal with a variety of tasks and situations and willing to be flexible with hours worked or location.
Excellent experience in identifying, capturing, creating, documenting Service operations.
Strong written and verbal communication, presentation and training skills are necessary as well as proven interpersonal skills.
Fluency in English is required (written and verbal).
Oracle Certified or/and PMP is preferred
