- create interesting, riveting, innovative and differentiated designs that meet the business needs of clients
- Direct all design work that is done by Company
- Suggest and iterate on the client’s briefing in order to allow to go beyond the client’s expectations
- Understand the relation between the design of any brand and the business it is branding
- Be able to communicate with account and project management team to plan the work of the design team
- Be able to present the creative work done to clients
- Follow all creative work done in Company and lead all other designers in a more suitable direction if needed
