The post holder must, at all the times, carry out their duties and responsibilities to comply with the Consortium policies/procedures. Monitor and operate the CCTV cameras and associated equipment in the CCTV Control Room Follow protocols for maintaining the security of the CCTV Control Room and its facilities Report any incidents that occur immediately to Operational Risk Staff and the Line Supervisors via any communication devices (landline, Cell phones, Bravo etc…) and/or report, provide support/commentary to the other relevant person Maintain accurate records of data recordings and events, using incident reporting device (Security Incident Registration Book) To record all events and actions taken in a clear, legible and accurate written format Assist the Staff in respect of preparation of evidence and other activities associated Provide recorded media to authorized persons Contribute to the development and enhancement of the services and Control Room working practices Participate in team briefings At all the times the post holder must maintain and respect the security and sensivity of the service
SPECIAL FEATURES OF THE POST To maintain 24-hour communication with all sites and with all supervisors and managers To report all incidents to management in an accurate manner To be fully acquainted with all emergency procedures
المهارات
Fluent in spoken and written English and Arabic coupled with good communication skills
Knowledge of the CCTV system (hardware, software)
Monitoring and operating the CCTV cameras and associated equipment in the CCTV Control room. Managing associated alarms monitoring To ensure the safety and the security of people and property within company premises, working site and other facilities via surveillance of the CCTV network.
Knowledge of Legal and Human Rights legislation Previous experience of shift working (3 shifts / 7 days)
