Transit Talent Solutions is proud to partner with the FLOW Consortium (Ansaldo STS, Ferrovie dello Stato Italiane), who have been successfully appointed by ArRiyadh Development Authority as the Operations & Maintenance Contractor for Package 5, comprising Lines 3, 4, 5 & 6 of the 6-line Riyadh Metro.

As the Facilities Maintenance Manager on this incredible project you will be managing all aspects of the facilities maintenance pertaining to Electrical and Mechanical, Plumbing, Escalators, Elevator, HVAC and Fire Systems.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
Provide a professional and effective management service to both clients and the contractor.
Deliver on agreed targets, objectives, and KPIs.
Providing training, support, guidance and system assurance for the facilities maintenance team.
Designing and developing facilities maintenance plans, procedures and instructions for E&M;, Plumbing, Escalators, elevator, HVAC, Fire System
Ensure that all activities meet and integrate with the organizational requirements for quality management, Health and Safety, legal and statutory requirements and general duty of care.
Carry out regular reviews of contract performance against budget and plans.
Review, implement, and evaluate remedial action.
