As the Saudization Manager on this incredible project you will develop and implement a Saudization strategy for the project.
This is a key position to ensure not only are we meeting our requirements but also that we are going above and beyond to provide real and long-term career opportunities for Saudi Nationals. Working closely with the Training team, you ensure development opportunities are in place grow the skill sets of our talented Saudi workforce:
Manage and develop team of Saudization officers.
Budgeting and planning resources for Saudization programs.
Recruit Saudi Nationals to achieve overall Saudization goal and have ownership of the Saudization orientation and induction program.
Responsible for the complete recruitment cycle of the Saudization programs through local hiring, career fairs at, direct recruitment and social networking
Saudization retention and career development planning.
Act as a liaison between the HR department and other Business Units and operational areas to ensure quality training programs are developed and delivered.
