Transit Talent Solutions is proud to partner with the FLOW Consortium (Ansaldo STS, Ferrovie dello Stato Italiane), who have been successfully appointed by ArRiyadh Development Authority as the Operations & Maintenance Contractor for Package 5, comprising Lines 3, 4, 5 & 6 of the 6-line Riyadh Metro.

As the Revenue Manager on this amaizng projectlead the revenue planning team and the revenue protection team to develop and implement strategies to minimize lost revenue, promote and improving customer service excellence for the Riyadh Metro railway.
Other responsibilities will include:
Supervise, oversee, plan, manage and allocate resources to all aspects of revenue management activities for the entire Riyadh Metro system;
Work closely with broader management team, and in particular the Security Director, and key stakeholders (e.g. Police, Airport Authorities, enforcement agencies etc.)
Develop strategies to minimize lost revenue, promote and improving customer service excellence;
Devise and implement strategies with the Revenue Supervisor to prevent potential fare evaders;
Ensure that the revenue protection team and the revenue planning team are adequately trained in their particular function and provide additional training and support if necessary;
