As a Saudization Officer on this incredible project you will be responsible for developing and maintaining a strong employment brand for the Metro as a preferred employer for Saudi Nationals:
Support management in developing external networks and resourcing strategies to attract the best Saudi National talent.
Develop strategies to enhance cultural awareness within the company, support managers in understanding & respecting work culture of the Saudi population, and help Saudi Nationals integrate better in Metro work culture.
Responsible for ensuring that all direct and indirect reports successfully complete OHS training.
Engage, motivate and connect with candidates, both internally and externally.
Maintain, update and actively use the Careers portals for Saudi National Programs to ensure the project has a well-organized and strong pipeline of talent for future roles across the business to support future growth and strategic initiatives.
Ensure that all Saudi Nationals understand the Health and Safety Policy and Procedures.
Responsible for the Management Trainee Program ensuring rotation schedules suit the individual and the business.
