GENERAL DESCRIPTION: A self-motivated, well organized and a focused manager experienced in construction/projects to searching for, obtaining, negotiating and concluding construction/projects contracts and achieving sales targets while developing close relationships with clients and searching for new ones. Looking after the marketing and promotional activities for the organization.
Duties and responsibilities:
1. Searching for, identifying, negotiating and concluding new construction/contracting projects.
2. Generating creative approaches to attract new customers and developing existing business .
3. Identifying sales targets/prospects and growth plans.
4. Conducting market analysis with a view to developing marketing and promotional policies.
5. Maintaining strong relationships with company clients.
6. Preparing yearly marketing activities plan within defined budgets.
7. Preparing and updating of full data on competitors.
8. Preparing and maintaining up to date complete data on consultants and real estate developers.
9. Participating in technical and financial evaluation of projects tenders/contracts
10. Preparing and processing of the final price offer for the sale of materials and equipment rental and/or tenders.
TASKS
1. Preparation of required marketing materials and presentation.
2. Generating potential business for Al Semman site and/or a sale prospect. 3. Recommending adjustments to the company web site when needed.
4. Following up sale of construction materials, leasing of heavy machinery and equipment and project contracts.
5. . Ensuring company classification is maintained.
6. Monitoring and advising present & future market conditions to senior management.
7. Identifying trade shows/events to attend and representing the company in trade sales shows, if any.
8. Monitoring competitors products and services and sales and marketing strategies .
9. Ensuring continuous business for the ‘‘Crushers’’.
10. Participating in ISO certification process.
المهارات
1. A BS in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
2. A minimum of 10 years in business development, sales, and marketing in contracting/construction and/or projects
3. Experience in Infrastructure projects/contracts is highly preferred
4. Excellent negotiation, presentation and communication skills
5. Adaptive & Creative
6. Goals and team-oriented
7. Attention to details and analysis capabilities 8. Fluency in Arabic and English languages
Contract Period: 1 year
