Job Purpose
Responsible for providing high quality analytical support to the Risk and Critical Infrastructure sector teams across Ministries .
Core Responsibilities
-Work with sector teams, gather and record data on relevant risks, their impact and probability, and the consequences if these were to arise.
-Identify and record critical infrastructure assets and networks, and their parameters.
-Analyses and model the feasibility and value of proposals to seek to reduce the likelihood of damage and harm were risks to arise, through mitigation and protection programs.
-The provision of analytical support, especially in the creation of databases, and in the operation of interrogation, reporting, mapping, and data-mashing and modelling tools.
-The production of data reports as required by the sector teams,
-The production of data and evidence-based analysis for use in the development of mitigation, prevention and preparedness programs.
-The development and operation of models, using multiple sources of input data.
-The development of visual display reporting, including graphing and mapping with data overlays, for use in decision-making.

Person Specification
Nationality: Saudis only
Years of experience: 7 years management experience leading a Data Analytics team, Good understanding of the development and implementation of data models, tools and techniques (“API”) for gathering data from a range of existing data sources (mapping; census; welfare), importing it into data models, aggregating , manipulating it for broader analysis, and exporting it to reports and visual display engines. The individual is likely to have been head of analytics in an organization with multiple, bulk data flows, producing reports on that data for senior Execs, as well as the underlying analytics to find causal relationships and other insights
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics or other highly numerate subject
Additional qualifications: PMP or equivalent qualification is preferred
Language: Fluent English and Arabic (spoken, written and listening)
IT: MS Office – advanced level
Personal Qualities: Able to lead a Data Analytics team, Leadership, Completer – Finisher, Hard Working
