The Job Role encompasses to Build, Plan, Consolidate, and manage all the manpower resources in AICC for deployment to project operations. These are resources across AICC like civil foreman, Technicians, Skilled and semi-skilled workers, labours, Surveyor, Survey-aid, Lab Specialist and Lab-aid under one umbrella named as Manpower Resource Division (MRD). Manpower resource division will deploy efficient manpower groups with right number with right skill people in the required projects as per the business unit approved prerequisite / Schedule. The job role ensures employees are assigned with right tasks for which they are well suited.

To maintain manpower resource availability as 85 % in projects all the time.
• Deploy relevant skilled manpower resources to projects in co-ordination with Human capital department.
• Ensure idle manpower (Bench) percentage should not be more than 5 %
• Ensure internal charging bills submitted before 7th of every month to concern business unit
• Co-Ordinate with Business unit, Projects and Enablers for smooth functioning of department activities
• Make sure that all manpower resources provided with adequate welfare in projects
• Make manpower resource forecasting for minimum 3 months and ensure required people onboard.
• Arrange suitable training for manpower resource in co-ordination with Human capital department.
• Balancing demands for short-term profit with long-term strategic goals
• Developing effective manpower resource implementation plans
• Engaging with business units to overcome barriers to new adoption
• Identifying promising new targets
• Aligning manpower resource strategy and meet business unit requirements
