• To provide service excellence as a Key Account Person for SV for all products such as Freight, Brokerage, Transportation & Contract Logistics.
• Ensuring all Project/account operations are thoroughly planned and performed with minimal time/cost impacts to the full satisfaction of the client.
• Ensure the consistent flow of timely and accurate shipment update to the client.
• Prime Responsibility / Job Owner for the individual Job Files in terms of Cost / Revenue including proper documentation
• To seek timely client approvals, and the return of all related shipping / transportation / Contract Logistics documents, so that all account files are billed with the KPI time parameters.
• To communicate with the Carriers in order to get the rates and booking
