الوصف الوظيفي Ensure execution of field service calls and in-house repairs Continuously improve service processes steadily Ensure high customer satisfaction Carry out repair, commissioning and maintenance calls in the field and in-house according to customer requirements Provide advice and when required basic training to customers in the field Carry out on-site quotations wherever possible Carry out and report basic quality analysis on site or in-house Fill out and record field service and in-house repair reports, Checklists, into the system to ensure a high data quality Support the co-ordination and scheduling of the service activities in liaison with the customer and office Carry out the request and collection of parts from designated home base/warehouse Contribute to the development of the service processes and the WILO service business المهارات Completed profession technical education > 4 years work experience Basic command of English basic MS Office skills; basic ERP skills Advanced product knowledge and advanced application knowledge knowledge in Market Segments IT-Knowledge basic level تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/saudi-arabia/jobs/service-technician-3862619/ |
