• Assist new and existing customers with technical consulting during pre-sales and implementation phases.
• Technical support for cases requiring customer consultation.
• Participation in customer pre-studies, demonstrations and proof-of-concept projects.
• Training of Sales and Integration Partners (SIs) and customers in Product Installation, Configuration and Operations.
• Build Customer base in various sectors Finance Sector, Industrial, Enterprise, Military and Defense, Governmental, Education, Health, Telecommunication, Hospitality
• Work Coordinate and follow up with Technical Architect, Sales/Delivery, Solution response, Efforts, Approvals, in preparing the final solution/proposal documents
• Provide relevant similar proposals, Case studies, Profiles, Accelerators, and Solutions from doc database.
• Cooperation with the team members to Prepare quotation and POC.
• Facilitate pricing development. Work with Sales team to collate pricing approvals.
• Create re-usable artifacts like case studies, timelines, solutions documents, commercials, hardware/software sizing etc.
المهارات
• Experience in pre-sales preferably in PKI, Information Security, SSL Certificates, Digital Signatures web portals or enterprise software.
• A self-motivated, problem-solving and can-do attitude.
• Good at prioritizing your own time and are able to handle multiple concurrent tasks.
• Able to evaluate customer requirements, both technical and non-technical, and select, present and demonstrate a corresponding solution.
• Strong interpersonal skills and capability to discuss with customers across many organizational levels (from developers to stakeholders).
• Knowledge of CA companies and their various PKI products.
• Knowledge of certificate management and cryptography, encryption and decryption and RA operations.
• Familiar with installation and configuration of CA servers (Linux and Windows), Data Bases and other system and security appliances.
• Knowledge of Data Center operations, virtual server environments and network routing fundamentals
• Fluent in English and Arabic
• Bachelor’s degree and certifications in the related field is desired
