• Installing and configuring computer hardware, operating systems and applications• Apply diagnostic utilities to aid in troubleshooting.• Monitoring and proactively maintaining computer systems and networks.• Replacing parts as required• Troubleshooting system and network problems, diagnosing, and solving hardware or software faults.• Setting up & maintaining & troubleshooting the network of showrooms. • Monitoring and resolving user issues.• Responding within agreed time limits to call-outs• Working continuously on a task until completion.• Troubleshooting following CCTV functions: Backup DVR. Manage username / password of CCTV. Configuring network connectivity. Upgrade firmware if needed. Troubleshooting cameras. Check & Replacing cabling. WAN connectivity of CCTV with Head office (Control Room)• Rapidly establishing a good working relationship with colleagues and other professionals.• Setting up new users’ accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues.• Providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports.• Supporting the roll-out of new applications or updates.• Testing and evaluating new technology.• Installing & Troubleshooting Customers count system and devices.• Maintaining documentation and hardware/software registers.• Access software updates, drivers, knowledge bases, on the Internet to aid in problem resolution.• Perform related duties consistent with the scope and intent of the position.
