MISSION
· Oversee implementation of marketing and branding strategies/campaigns for driving conversions, instilling customer loyalty, and maximizing GMV
· Execute best practice strategies and methodologies to maximize company’s e-commerce marketing programs
TOOLS
· Develop strategies for delivering sales and customer targets for paid search, affiliate marketing, display advertising, and social media marketing
· Identify, design, and analyze new brand-appropriate online marketing initiatives and partnerships
· Drive the strategy, planning, and execution of email marketing
CUSTOMERS
· Manage activities related customer segmentation and prioritization
· Oversee customer retention, reactivation, website personalization, retargeting, social media, referral marketing, and other marketing and promotional activities
TRACKING
· Oversee quantitative and qualitative tracking of market trends, competitor landscape, user activity, and customer sentiment as required for furthering the mission
· Conduct business analysis, derive, and document business requirements, plans and specifications for key marketing programs and new initiatives.
· Review, evaluate, and prioritize current and proposed marketing enhancements against business and customer needs
COLLABORATION
· Work with Categories, Merchandising & other marketing stakeholders to develop and execute campaigns to maximizing customer spend impacting GMV
· Assist with sales targets, analyse, and optimize campaign performance by channel.
PLANNING
· Develop resource spend/allocation plans, set benchmarks, and oversee ROI-tracking at the campaign and department levels; present to, and advise stakeholders
· Develop a strong understanding of the fashion industry and customer expectations
· Oversee offline marketing efforts and develop new strategies and marketing channels.
· Partner with sourcing team to execute site-merchandising initiatives in regards to pricing, promotions, and presentation
· Communicate report and share key programs and results to senior management on a consistent basis.
· Manage relationships with marketing vendors and other third parties on behalf of company.

9· Excellent analytical and prioritization skills, including the ability to analyze data, draw conclusions, and develop recommendations.
· Ability to grasp technical and business problems and be able to quickly formulate ideas with incomplete information.
· Effective negotiation skills.
· Knowledge of HTML, Photoshop and other web development tools.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
· Experience constructing and presenting professional presentations and marketing metrics review data to senior management.
· Well-versed in traditional direct marketing practices and measurement.
· Experience in affiliate marketing and familiarity with leading networks.
· Knowledge of tracking and analytics software.
· Experience with SEM, shopping comparison, data feeds, and direct response display advertising
· Experience using PPC Management tools Google AdWords Editor and Google Analytics, Microsoft AdCenter Desktop
· Experience with bid management and web analytics tools a plus
· Search Engine Optimization (SEO) knowledge is helpful, but not required
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Passion to work in a start-up environment with a motive to deliver best customer experience
