A new government entity in Riyadh is seeking a HR Director/Leader to set up their HR function and deliver on best practice policies and procedures.Client DetailsThis is a new government entity based in Riyadh with a strong leadership team already in place.DescriptionSet up the HR function, devising all polices & procedures for the function, employee services and compliance with Saudi employment lawCompose salary grading and job capabilitiesMember of the senior leadership team, drive changes and decisionsResponsible for all employee servicesOversee HR budgetLead recruitment cycle for employees at all levels and maintain relationships with recruitment agenciesDeliver company training and manage the training calendarMonitor all legal requirements in line with KSA employment lawRun employee engagement initiativesProfileAt least 8 years HR experience, at least 3 in a management/leadership role. Will currently be a Head of HR, HR Director or Senior HR ManagerMust have experience in a start up environment, setting up a function from scratch and/or led HR transformationPrevious experience in a government entity is preferred or a Big4 professional services backgroundFull working knowledge of KSA employment law and proven compliance experienceStrategic mind-set with a hands on approach, you must be able to handle the operations as well as the strategyStrong leadership experience and proven experience influencing senior stakeholdersKSA Nationals based in Riyadh will be considered for this roleJob OfferSalary package between SAR 50,000 - AED 60,000 (basic, housing, transport) plus bonus.
