Comprehensive market universe check, and fix the links between layers of the markets, and create comprehensive data base about the local market within his area via ERP system. Understand current trends within the industry and market segments in order to properly report to his management. Understand competition in this geography – their products, logistics and strategies/tactics. Create and maintain relationships with the current and new customers to grow profit and volume in the region. Follow, Discover and Validate (B2B both existing and future customers) Own the Go-to-Market ability and lead area sales team to execute company sales plan. Full responsibility for 100% B2B CLIENTS, with supporting responsibility for traditional wholesalers and retail chains. Partner with key cross-functional teams in his area to ensure all relevant sales and marketing goals and implications are factored in full focused sales-oriented manner. Manage competitive area intelligence and positioning of company products vis-à-vis the competition. Specify area market requirements for product range and supply chain capability. Update define and re-size area market segments. Monitoring and following the local market sales progress and market reaction on daily, weekly, monthly bases. Monitoring all importers in the local market, follow the quantities been imported, in which ports, to which area, check and visit the customs & statistics departments. Develop, execute and achieve sales objectives in assigned territory. Work with his Director to analyze, develop and recommend annual customer sales incentives plans. Direct Follow and responsibility over the (QA, logistics, contracting, receivables) of his B2B customers and other issues. Serve as the channel expert within the Company by providing ongoing customer/market feedback. Sales Call Reports detailing customer’s competitive information to convey the necessary message to sales team.
