*Monitors, controls acid adjusts operating parameters for all equipment in the ETP / TPO Operations areas. Makes regular checks to detect deviations or malfunctions, Responds to alarms by initiating corrective action when product quality fall outside established parameters
*Responds to emergency shutdowns, prepares equipment for start ups, ensures correct conditions for start up and that required equipment are functioning correctly. Ensures that proper corrective action Is taken to reduce production downtime
*Responsible to take. immediate corrective action, such as adjusting operating parameters or commencing emergency shutdown sequences, in cases of failing meet product quality, equipment malfunction or breakdowns. Takes immediate preparing maintenance notifications for the supervisor’s approval in case of equipment failures. Work progress is regular
*Updates the ETP/TPO Operations Shift supervisor of work area status, notifies and advises outside operators on problem of abnormal operating conditions, and prepares work logs.
المهارات
*Working knowledge of operating ETP/TPO operations production equipment .
*Good problem solving and quick decision making skills.
*Good command of English language
*Good experience In SAP PP module system.
