*Analyze those asset failures and engage the concerned section / department for necessary action and follow-up, and ensure that corrective actions and improvement plans are in place. Analysis shall include identification of C1 & C2 and chronic failures, review requirement on existing critically and existing APM proactive strategies, and RCA or Failure Analysis requirement.
*Consolidate PM03 and PM06 history observations of the assets related to non- C1/C2 and non-chronic failures, and incorporate during the review process of effectiveness of existing APM proactive strategies.
*Monitor the effectiveness of the generated recommendations.
*Ensure implementation of all generated recommendations in SAP through Planner and Non SAP through related department management.
*Communicate with SABIC MCE for all requirements, feed backs, KPI’s and system improvements etc.
*Continuous improvement and induction of Reliability culture in the company through continuous monitoring of Reliability KPIs of company, Carrying out special tasks to improve / demonstrate / personnel orientation / Objective quantitative personnel surveys and raising training need with their coordination.

*Work Experience 6-7 years

*Generate assets failure list from SAP in daily basis.
*Submit the failures list to concerned section / department for necessary action and follow-up.
*Ensure implementation of all generated recommendations in SAP through Planner, Non SAP through related department management.
*Generate monthly status report.
*Monitor the effectiveness of the generated recommendations.
*Communicate with SABIC Manufacturing Center of Excellence (MCE) for all requirement, feedback, KPl,s and system improvements.
