*Review plant condition, sustainability, EHSS and support operation team to optimize plant operation,participate in troubleshooting, and recommend actions to prevent recurrence, evaluate performance, and coordinate with Licensors, Vendors etc. to resolve long lasting issues.
*Review plant operating data on a daily & monthly basis and advise on optimization of process operations through necessary technical guidance.
*Day to day troubleshooting study of eventually appeared plant problems troubles shutdowns etc. recommend mitigation & elimination action.
*Day to day review of lab analysis and advise appropriate actions to operation team for optimization.
*Forecast raw material & utility consumption’s at the beginning of year and verify at the end of each month (SAP back flush), recommend necessary action to reduce variation. Conduct production test for products as per schedule. Also conduct inventory of Products and Raw materials as per schedule in coordination with Finance PHD and Production planning.
Evaluate catalysts, ex changers, compressors & turbine, boilers, pumps etc.
performance, and issue process reports with recommendations.
*Provide regular catalytic reactors process parameters to catalyst vendors for performance evaluation, ensure availability of catalyst, plan and supervise replacement Communicate with ISED and Planning to dispose used catalysts.
*Initiate / provide process inputs for MOC, take part in PHA & PSSR.
*Provide required inputs to other departments, for plant de-bottle neck study and others, Mentor junior engineers specially Saudi Engineers, provide proper guidance for their technical development.

*5 years for Graduate Engineers and 10 years for Diploma Engineers in Fertilizer / Petrochemicals / Oil & Gas
*Industries in the area of operations.
