RESPONSIBLITES
• Monitors networks and servers.
• Assist staff with installation. Configuration and ongoing usability of desktop computers, laptops, peripheral equipment and software.
• Works with vendor support contacts to resolve technical problems.
• Ensure PCs interconnect consistently with different frameworks. Application servers and administrative systems.
• Works with procurement staff to purchase hardware and software.
• Estimate functional needs to determine specifications for purchase.
• Orders PC supplies.
• Maintain Avaya system.
• Documents tasks and reports through IT portal.
• Other duties as required.
المهارات
QUALIFYING EXPERIENCE
• College degree information technology field or equivalent.
• 0-2 years’ experience supporting Windows Servers and PCs.
• Experience troubleshooting hardware issues and replacing hardware on both desktop and laptop PCs.
• Experience installing software, patches, updates on Desktops, Laptops, Servers.
• Experience troubleshooting network, software, printing problems.
• CCNA certified is a plus.
