• Creating and altering Design ,Construction , As built drawings and Detailed sketches. • Ongoing drawing focused collaboration with site project Engineer and design consultants. • Printing of CAD drawings in various formats and packages, and delivering them to the correct contact in a timely manner.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: The Mechanical Drafter will perform the following key tasks:
• Create accurate, detailed Design plans HVAC, Plumbing and firefighting using computer-aided design (CAD) programs to convert specifications and design information from engineers into schematics and blueprints• Develop Shop Drawings including plans ,isometrics and sections details for HVAC, Plumbing and firefighting• Develop assembly/Fabrication drawings• Develop the required Builders work and composite drawings• Visit proposed installation sites and draw rough sketches. If required or needed• Collect, study and combine rough sketches and initial design ideas from engineers into coherent technical drafts for further study and review by Technical office engineer.• Explain drawings to execution or construction teams and provide adjustments as necessary.• collaborate with engineers to receive instructions and resolve design issue• Thinking creatively and critically to support the project team in the design process, to create sketches and drawings that work.• Printing various formats of drawing sets for project managers and site superintendents.• Seamlessly integrating and working with project managers design consultants, and sub-contractors, to produce and alter drawings.• Accurate, organized and able to work with minimal supervision• Organizing and uploading drawings to web based storage sites/collaboration project sites to share drawings with project and subcontractors. • Create, edit, and update CAD standard details for use in projects
المهارات
• Associate degree in drafting or Minimum 8-year experience in a CAD Operator role• Proficient with AutoCAD• Proficient with Microsoft office • Proficient with Revit will be advantage • full aware about MEP coordination study .• Excellent communication skills; listening, comprehension, and feedback.• Excellent in English communication skills
