-Design of Mechanical & Electrical building service. Experience in design from concept to delivery of High rise & mixed use mega projects.
-Assisting and coordinating with client and other design disciplines from the project. Coordinating with various sub consultants & contractors for specific project requirements.
-Writing technical specifications based on project requirements.
-Review and approval of contractors’ material and technical submissions including shop drawings and method statements.
المهارات
-Degree Qualified in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
-10+ years’ experience in design of building services with exposure to large scale complex projects in Building and Infrastructure
-Working proficiency with relevant design software
Experienced in Saudi Arabia, GCC or MENA region preferred but not essential
-Excellent English language communication skills & proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
