A Process Food Graded Salt Factory seeks an experienced, motivated Sales Representative to establish new customers, serve customers by selling products and meet customer needs.
Job Duties:
• Serving existing customers, obtains orders, by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call, visiting and all others related factors.
• High ability to create new customers and increase the company customers range in different sectors by call, visiting, negotiation, and close deals with them.
• Responsible for local sales and willing to travel all around Saudi Arabia.
• Follows customers orders from receiving the purchase order until reached to customers.
• In charge of achieving sales targets according to the management KPI’s.
• Enhancing sales volume and revenue by establishing new markets, and creating new customers.
• Follows customers payments, control receivables balance, overdue amounts, and review credit limits and terms.
• Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of customers, and the overall market conditions.
• Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
• Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
• Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
• Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
• Provides historical records by maintaining records on areas, markets, sectors, and customer sales.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
