Design Engineer #Riyadh
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
* Design complex injection, blow and thermoforming mold designs
* Use design standards related to the material, spl process, design practices GD&T;* Create accurate and timely tool designs for single stroke and progressive dies, gauges, fixtures, jigs and general tooling components
* Practice design planning, design calculation design validation requirements
* Design plastic articles as per the requirement of the international standards and customer feedback. Generate complex 3D models for blown plastic products using
company’s CAD system
* Will work thru ERP system BOM routing
* Recommends design of new tools and engineering changes on existing tools; recommends purchase of equipment and materials as necessary
* Communicate with customers directly to provide and gather necessary information
* Adhere and Maintain WMS Policy, and comply with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001,API SPEC Q1 and AS 9100 standards.
* Participate in the personal perception of Organizational Survey.
* Reports to his Supervisor incidents when WMS/MOC systems has been violated.
* Should follow the safety best practices.
* Should be Knowledgeable and apply the HIRA (Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment) and AIA (Aspect Impact Assessment).
* Shall Apply core values of the company; Passion Courage, Higher Efficiciency, and momentum.
* Shal Observe, respect, and follow his immediate head in work, to achieve the Company’s objective.
Qualifications:
* Diploma in Mechanical / Tool & Die making with 70% - If not bachelor degree
* Preferable; bachelor’s degree in Engineering
* Minimum 8 years experienced in the same field in Tool Manufacturing set-up
* Knowledgeable in microsoft office
* Solid works 3d,2d,assy expertise to represent the designs effectively.
* Working in solid works for min 8 years
