Develop account level sales plans in coordination with BUM

Develop/manage relationship with accounts within own sales portfolio

Implement sales strategies and plans

Identify and pursue business development opportunities in own verticals and accounts

Provide input to Sales Planning & Performance Management regarding performance of accounts

Provide input on sales performance to Solutions and support new product/service development

Ensure delivery of solutions tailored to customer needs

Ensure customer satisfaction with service

Ensure successful identification and capturing of customer requirements and follow up on customer orders to ensure delivery within requirements

Advance proficiency in STC’s products/services
proficiency in business sales planning and process
proficiency in recognizing needs and targeting customers
command of sales/account management strategy development and implementation
preferred X STC or Telecom company experience
