Brief Role:
Responsible to Verify production schedule and product specifications by ensuring that produced plastic products are according to standards and customers requirement. Also responsible to check the quality of raw material used in plastic production is good in quality and quantity.
Responsibilities:
1 Ensure quality of manufactured goods.
2 Take Samples from production Different Stages in timely basis for quality and specification testings in the factory laboratory
3 Examine materials from suppliers before sending them to production line.
4 Inspect components, subassemblies, and assemblies.
5 Test, measure, and analyze products.
6 Ensure company is meeting the standard codes in the manufacturing process.
7 Record pass/fail grade of products.
8 Observe dials, gauges and indicators to make sure that a machine is working properly.
9 Record number of products tested or inspected.
10 Weigh product and samples to verify packaging weight.
11 Compare colour, shape, texture, or grade of product or material with colour chart, template, or sample to ensure consistency.
12 All other duties as assigned by QA Section Head.
المهارات
Qualification:
B.sc or plastic Diploma
Experience:
2-3 years of experience in plastic production field inspector.
