System Admin (Server & Virtualization)
Expert Level Requirements
• Certified in VMware Certified Professional or VMware Certified Advanced Professional
• Experience of at least 4 years in the installation, operation and maintenance of large VMware virtual environments
• Providing hands-on support in of the cloud platforms: VMware with most work on VMware vCAC / vRealize Automation.
Specialist Level Requirements:
• Certified in VMware Certified Associate or VMware Certified Professional
• Experience of at least 2 years in the installation, operation and maintenance of large VMware virtual environments
System Admin (Exchange, AD admin (Microsoft))
Expert Level Requirements:
• Experience of at least 5 years in installing, running and maintain MS / Exchange, MS / Windows and all Microsoft products on servers and devices.
• Maintenance and installation of DOMAIN CONTROLLER and Exchange
• Providing technical support and continuous training to the computer operating team and the technical support team in the projects.
• Certified in Microsoft MSCE or higher
Specialist Level Requirements:
• Experience of at least 3 years in installing, running and maintain MS / Exchange, MS / Windows and all Microsoft products on servers and devices
• Maintenance and installation of DOMAIN CONTROLLER and Exchange
• Managing and monitoring SCOM and SCCM
• Certified in Microsoft MSCA or higher
System Admin (Windows, Linux, Unix)
Expert Level Requirements:
• Installation, operation and maintenance of Unix / Linux operating systems and all SUN products on central servers and peripherals.
• Experience of at least 5 years in the installation, operation and maintenance of systems (Windows/Linux)
• Perform the necessary analyzes to improve the performance of the systems used
• Certified in RHCE or RHCA (similar or higher certificates)
Specialist Level Requirements:
• Certified in Microsoft MSCA or higher
• Experience of at least 3 years in the installation, operation and maintenance of systems (Windows/Linux)
• Perform the necessary analyzes the performance of the systems used

Main Responsibilities:
Manage Domain Controller, Exchange and File servers and all Microsoft products part of Saudi Customs operation.
Manage Virtualized environments that are part of Saudi Customs infrastructure.
Manage Linux/Unix environments that are part of the Saudi Customs infrastructure.
The administrator is responsible to support the IT Systems infrastructure in a 24/7 high availability environment. Administering and maintaining servers, Virtual environments and other shared computing infrastructure to maximize performance, security and availability. Configuring new computers and related equipment as required for ongoing business needs.
The team should at minimum have the following qualifications:
General Resources Requirements
BA/BS in the field of specialization.
Training and certifications in the field of specialization.
Effective oral and written communication in English along with outstanding customer service skills.
Preference for Arabic speaking.
Specialist 3 to 5 years of Operation experience.
Expert over 5 years of operation experience.
