Junior Business Analyst
Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
PURPOSE OF JOB: Business Analyst will be the vital link between our information technology capacity and our business objectives by supporting and ensuring the successful completion of analytical, building, testing and deployment tasks of our software product’s features.
REPORTING TO: PRODUCT MANAGER OR EQUIVALENT
KEY WORK:
Works with business partner to elicit high-level requirements and capture business needs
Clearly articulates and documents business requirements, business processes, business model & screens mock-ups (wire frames)
Conducting & writing Agile User Stories
Assesses the risks of various solutions and prioritizes competing business demands
Technical Recommendation and Testing 6. Manages ongoing relationship with business partner to drive satisfaction with IT
Manage project plans and can clearly articulate roles, project goals, and timelines.
Engages with knowledge workers to incorporate usability and user interface needs when designing systems
Proactively resolves customer satisfaction issues

Knowledge / Skills
Good Communication Skills, fluent in Arabic and English.
Proven Team Management skills.
Prior experience in similar role for large organizations.
Strong knowledge and experience of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Education & Experience
0 to 3 years of relevant experience
Bachelor’s degree in IT or Business
