• Define Stakeholders Management (Project Board & Project Team) process
• Manage Stakeholders from Business Case initialization
• Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverable
• Interact with Technical Architect and Quality Assurance to analyse project requirements, via different approaches: pre-project, due diligence, impact assessment.
• Lead the planning and implementation of project
• Define project tasks and resource requirements
• Develop full scale project plans
• Assemble and coordinate project staff
• Manage project budget
• Manage project resource allocation with Team Leader, Solution Manager and Delivery Manager
• Plan and schedule project timelines
• Track project deliverable using appropriate tools
• Define and manage Communication Plan
• Provide direction and support to project team
• Interact with Quality Assurance
• Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders
• Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions; Ensuring high quality reports are produced, distributed and utilize
• Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs
• Track & manage Risks, Issues & Changes
• If needed, taking a holistic view across all partners involved in specific service focus, enabling integration between other teams and business units
• Maintaining knowledge with regards to processes and industry standards
• Review, maintain and improve all PM procedures, work instructions & templates
• Coach staff and partners to support the alignment with PM process where needed

• Very good knowledge of PM processes.
• Broad experience of project delivery within an ICT environment.
• Proficiency in PM methods acquired in Enterprise and Training on PMP, Prince2, Agile Scrum or Kanban
• Over 10 years project management experience
• Pragmatic and agile thinking
• Knowledge of project management techniques and tools
• Direct work experience in project management capacity
• Proven experience in people management
• Proven experience in strategic planning
• Proven experience in risk, change and issue management
• Proficient in project management software (MS Project minimum)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills including the ability to explain technical information clearly
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
Strong Matrix management experience is essential
• Flexible and helpful attitude with an ability to empathise with customers and pragmatically respond sensitively to any problems, requests and complaints.
• Very good people management skills – both internally and externally facing. Used to manage Project Team
• English & Arabic language
• MSc in Telecom or Computing
• Arabic language and culture as a plus
• PMP, Prince2, Agile certification is a plus
• Enterprise Application Integration knowledge is a plus
• BI and Analytics knowledge is a plus
• Robotic Process Automation knowledge is a plus
