• Secures premises and personnel by patrolling property; monitoring surveillance equipment; inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points; permitting entry.
• Organizing function by deploying security guards on required locations.
• Controls traffic by directing drivers especially during functions.
• Prevents losses and damage by reporting irregularities; informing violators of policy and procedures; restraining trespassers.
• Completes reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities.
• Maintains organization’s stability and reputation by complying with legal requirements.
• Develop and implement security rules and regulations.
• Preparing weekly schedule and monthly attendance and other office correspondence related to security section.
• Providing the security training to all guards.
• To act as Liaison between the Security Unit and Director of Support Services.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
