الوصف الوظيفي Responsible of project execution in terms of quality – time – budget Full knowledge of project drawings, details, and materials. Supervision of day to day operations of the site work. Follow up with site Forman and labor to ensure that work is being carried out as per design drawings, specifications & meeting project plan. Daily reporting about progress, noncompliance, delay in work to the construction manager. Ensure communication regarding any changes in plan to be executed on site. Actively monitor the work environment. Supervise the quality and safety audit. Complies with the highest level of health, safety and zero accident during all stages of project execution. Apply work systems with complete order sheets or corresponding documents to document site progress. Identify and highlight possible risk on project Manage all necessary project documentations. Coordination for verification of extra claims raised by the sub-contractor. Determining and procurement of tools and materials to be delivered at Specific time in order to conform to the workloads, plans and schedules. Prepare weekly site reports for client. Constantly portray a professional image to colleagues, senior employees and client in person and in all Communications. Participation during estimation. Able to control manpower, and manpower distribution among different activities. Can analyses the drawing & calculate for the Bill of quantity and Variations orders. Can prepare construction schedule & report Able to prepare materials schedule Ensuring equipment and procedures comply with safety regulations. Surveying sites. Making sure budgets, timescales and project specifications are met. Solving problems and providing technical advice. المهارات University Degree in architecture Engineering Fluent English language. High level of Leadership, Collaboration, Team Management, and Time Management. Good experience and knowledge in the field: Having good filed knowledge of water proofing Able to prepare civil shop drawings & details Having good knowledge of reinforced concrete / concrete repair Can prepare barbering & cutting schedule
