We are looking for an Accounting Supervisor to oversee our accounting daily operations.
You will work closely with a team of accountants to manage financial functions, including accounts payable/receivable, and Fixed assets. Our ideal candidate uses strong analytical skills to create detailed financial reports and forecasts. To succeed in this role, you should also have a problem-solving attitude and be able to manage a team.
Ultimately, you should be able to ensure our financial management is accurate and effective.
Responsibilities:
• Follows sales invoicing process in HO and branches and sales contracts.
• Reviews periodic Dealers’ accounts receivables confirmations and follow-up for pending confirmations.
• Review sales discounts in the system.
• Reviews the complete process of sales return.
• Reviews royalty calculation reports and recording of it.
• Maintains separate records for sales orders invoiced but not physically delivered.
• Reviews the reconciliation of accounts receivables.
• Prepares monthly receivable analysis for top management.
• Oversee Accounts payable & Fixed assets.
المهارات
Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
Strong management and leadership skills.
Strong computer skills, MS Excel in particular.
Excellent analytical skills to manage large amounts of data.
Good English skills.
