Urgent requirement for a Business Development Manager in Manpower Supply / Recruitment Industry.
The candidate must be available in Saudi Arabia for face to face interview.

The candidate must have relevant experience of at least 3 years in business development of the manpower industry, and must be open to travel locally or internationally as per business needs.
The ideal candidate should have a through knowledge of complete recruitment cycle, utilizing the visa blocks, PTA to final Mobilization.

Lead generation
Booking meetings after identifying hot leads.
Managing client relations to ensure customer satisfaction, repeat business and referral opportunities
Increasing our company’s presence in the GCC region.
Travelling for Recruitment Trips
Identifying and qualifying high value sales opportunities through aggressively following up leads, cold call prospecting and networking.
Achieving set targets
Responsible for maximizing sales for the new business sales team
Managing inbound leads effectively and up selling by providing demonstrations of the database to prospective clients
Maintaining a healthy sales pipeline
Business Development acumen in an outbound sales capacity
Completing campaigns ahead of schedule
Ensuring smooth transition of sales is handled with the account management team
Carrying out research and travelling the GCC region to meet with potential clients
