We are looking to recruit a Strategic Sourcing Manager for a Global Consultancy firm to be based in Riyadh.
Key Responsibilities
Manage client engagement or components of large scale strategic sourcing engagements of moderate complexity.Manages multiple strategic sourcing projects or programs, through the management of a team of professionals and possibly with the contribution of cross-divisional specialists.Takes lead in negotiationsPresents reports to Senior Executives in consultation with Partners and/or Directors and enables client to make informed decisions for their business.Identifies new strategic sourcing opportunities and develops these with existing clients, contributing to and/or managing the development of proposals.Maintains an awareness of market trends, competitor activity and products.Executes strategic sourcing projects to a level that meet member firm’s Quality standards within a commercial context.Inputs into creation of innovative and repeatable solutions which strengthen business performance and differentiate firm from competition.Anticipates current and future needs of the firm based on extensive research and deep understanding of client business/industry.
Key Requirements
Big4 experienceBachelors Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain or any related disciplinesMCIPS or any strategic Procurement and Supply Chain related certificationMinimum of 8 years of relevant experience with at least 3-4 years in a similar roleConsulting experience in strategic sourcing and supply chainFluent written and spoken EnglishArabic is preferred

- MCIPS or any strategic Procurement and Supply Chain related certification
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience with at least 304 years in a similar role
- Consulting experience in strategic sourcing and supply chain
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Arabic is preferred
