The Director of Business Operations is an essential leader within the executive team, working across the organization to drive the highest priority growth initiatives.
You will consult with C-Level (CxO) at Government and Multinational companies across Product, Engineering, Data, Sales, Customer Success, Legal and Finance to build and implement strategies to scale their businesses effectively and seamlessly. This is a highly influential role and requires someone with a true passion for business operations, business strategy and drive to execute on strategic objectives.
Creative thinking, “dot connecting”, and an analytical eye are key attributes for making this role a success. Projects include formulating strategic priorities and operational plans, conducting market and customer research to drive new opportunities for growth and expansion, uncovering customer and competitive insights, and influencing long and mid-term roadmap investments.
