Position Responsibilities:
•Establish and develop a significant portfolio of clients in specific geographical zones and major industry sectors (Industrial, Governmental, Commercial, Hospitality, etc…)
•Determine and manage the sales potential of assigned accounts and plan appointments to reach the desired sales goals, and measure the return on time invested with each account
•Lead the identification, shortlisting, and prioritization of potential opportunities to sell assigned products and services to industries and commercial accounts
•Develop a periodic Sales Plan which highlights the target sales revenue per type
•Manage and monitor the delivery lines to ensure the top quality delivery at the right time in safety condition and suggesting corrective measures if necessary
•Provide timely report on customer requirements, bookings status and competition
•Understand customer business drivers and demonstrate linkage between recommended products/solutions to customer’s needs and business objectives
•Coordinate with the Client Management team to identify potential cross-sell / up-sell opportunities as well as the potential for renewing existing contracts
•Establish and maintain contact with target client stakeholders to gauge interest and understand their requirements
•Actively visit potential customers to promote assigned product lines, entire product portfolio and services
•Resolve escalated complaints and issues faced with clients
•Prepare an annual booking budget by product/value period and be able to forecast client’s business activity
•Provide feedback to the product line team on customer wants and needs, new product / service needs, product modifications and help them develop sound business cases

Position Specifications / qualifications :
• Must be Saudi .
• bacholer Degree in role
• 5+ years in sales role.
• 2-3 years in similar role managing sales and marketing team
• Excellent relationship building and negotiation skills
• Strong interpersonal and team-building skills
• Effective presentation skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic
• Strong time management skills
• Flexibility to travel regionally
