وضع خطط الانتاج العامة وفقا لأهداف وسياسات ادارة الشركة
الاشراف الفني والاداري على جميع الفنيين داخل ورش الإنتاج المختلفة (النجارة، أعمال الحدادة، الدهانات، أعمال المعارض ... إلخ)
تخفيض الفاقد في العملية الانتاجية سواء عند استلام الخامات من المخازن او اثناء عملية التشغيل
التنسيق مع المشتريات لتوريد المواد الخام حسب الكميات والمواصفات المطلوبة
تنسيق عمليات الصيانة والاصلاحات دون الاخلال بالتزامات العمل
التأكد من مطابقة المنتج التام لمعايير الجودة
مراجعة واعتماد المصروفات الادارية في حدود الصلاحيات المالية المخولة
التأكد من ترتيب ونظافة ورش الانتاج والمعدات وادوات الانتاج ومطابقتها للمواصفات الفنية
تحديد احتياجات أقسام الإنتاج من العمالة، وتقييم أدائهم
العمل على رفع مستويات المهارة للعمالة الفنية
رفع التقارير الدورية إلى مدير الإدارة المباشر
الاشتراك في استلام واردات الخامات وفحصها فنيا
التعامل مع المشاكل الفنية الخاصة بالخامات والمنتجات
تطبيق معايير السلامة والامن الصناعي
• Develop general production plans according to the company’s management objectives and policies.
• Technical and administrative supervision on all technicians within the different production workshops (carpentry, blacksmithing, painting, gypsum, exhibition works, etc.)
• Reduction of waste in the production process, whether on receipt of raw materials from warehouses or during operation.
• Coordinate with procurement to supply raw materials according to quantities and specifications required.
• Coordinate maintenance and repairs without compromising work commitments.
• Ensure that the product meets the quality standards.
• Review and approve administrative expenses within the limits of the financial authority.
• Ensure the housekeeping of the production workshops, equipment and production tools, complying with technical specifications.
• Identify the needs of manpower, and assess their performance.
• Provide necessary training for subordinates to improve their technical skills.
• Provide periodic reports to the management.
• Participate in the receipt and technical inspection of the raw materials.
• Handle all technical problems of raw materials and products.
• Comply with the industrial safety and security standards.
المهارات
• شهادة البكالوريوس (الفنون التطبيقية) أو الدبلوم الفني أو ما يعادلهما.
• خبرة في مجال تشغيل ورش النجارة وأعمال الحدادة والديكورات والمعارض لا تقل عن سبع سنوات.
• الالمام الجيد باستخدام برامج المايكروسوفت والاتوكاد للتصميم والوود ووب لأعمال النجارة.
• الالمام الجيد بماكينات النجارة وأعمال الحدادة.
• الالمام الجيد بأنواع الدهانات ومراحلها.
• يفضل اجادة اللغة الإنجليزية.
• القدرة على إدارة العلاقات مع العملاء وزملاء العمل.
• القدرة إعداد التقارير والميزانية التقديرية للإنتاج
• القدرة على اتخاذ القرار وحل المشكلات
• مهارات تنظيمية وقيادية
• مهارات التفاوض و إدارة الوقت
• مهارات العمل بروح الفريق والتركيز على النتائج
• Bachelor’s degree (Applied Arts) or technical diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in the field of operating workshops of carpentry, blacksmith, decoration and exhibition works for at least seven years.
• Familiarity with the use of Microsoft, AutoCAD, WoodWop.
• Good knowledge of carpentry and blacksmith machines.
• Good knowledge of the types of paints and stages of painting.
• Preferably proficiency in English.
• Managing relationships with customers and stakeholders.
• Solid knowledge of performance reporting and budgeting process.
• Decision-making and problem-solving
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Negotiation capabilities & time management skills.
• Team oriented and results focused.
