Job Description and Requirements
MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB
Lead the implementation, delivery and growth of Health Solutions’ Managed Services for the operating room environment.
Build, grow and daily manage cross-functional Managed Services delivery teams.
Plan, lead and monitor progress of individual client engagement and related revenue with
support of regional sales teams.
Assess market dynamics in the topic area, recognize future opportunities, suggest strategies and/or business models to exploit market opportunities and to grow the IHS footprint in Managed Services and related services.
MAIN JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
Engage directly with clients as identified by sales organization to lead the team in definition
and planning of appropriate Managed Services based on their needs and pain points.
Operatively manage and grow teams implementing Managed Services across client sites.
Identify Managed Services business growth opportunities through detailed understanding of
Key market / customer trends and competitor strategies.
Act as a partner to the country and BU teams in sales of Managed Services and related
products and services.
Provide leadership and senior consultant level expertise and advice to the teams in the area
of health care provider operational excellence, change management, clinical and support
processes improvements and innovation.
Lead and deliver other key projects as required for the IHS Division.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Advanced education degree (Masters)
Languages: English is a must; other EMEA languages are a definite plus
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
Advanced education degree (Masters).
10+ current years of Life Science / Healthcare business experience, within a medical device,
Pharma or Healthcare Company.
Significant knowledge of healthcare industry.
Experience as senior consultant in the field of Operational Excellence and/or business
development and technology alliances.
Experience in leading and developing cross-functional teams of consultants.
SKILLS/COMPETENCIES
Demonstrated ability to operate from idea generation, strategy development through detailed implementation and results delivery.
Excellent tactical and operational planning and analytical skills, ability to solve complex business issues and provide supporting data and analytics.
Solid networking, influencing and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to work at all levels of organizations, internally and externally.
Ability to manage multiple diverse strategic projects and business activities simultaneously.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Willingness to travel within EMEA (25-50%)
