Sales Operations:- .
• Lead, manage, and monitor all branch activities and operations
• Suggest and implement promotions, product packaging, and prospect activities to drive sales efforts and assess their impact and profitability
• Ensure the company’s identity and image are maintained positively
• Lead regular meetings with branch staff to check on sales status and resolve any issues
• Approve special discounts and credit approvals within authority limits
• Monitor receivables and follow-up with customers to determine reason for payment delinquency and obtain payment commitment
• Generate, develop and communicate market opportunities within the region.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships with the company’s customers to ensure identifying and addressing their current and future needs
• Ensure the company’s staff including advising customers on the market’s trends and offerings to increase customers’ loyalty apply customer relationship management techniques.
• Address and resolve disputes with Company customers to ensure customer retention and protect our market positioning Reporting and
Relationship Management:-
• coordinate with operational managers throughout company (e.g. parts, or marketing) to prepare scheduled company activities with their operations
• Monitor, analyze and report on sales volumes, gross profits, sales trends and movements to determine ways to drive profitability
• Monitor, analyze and report on the company’s performance against targets such as sales and gross profit margins, and determine reasons for variances
• Monitor the competition’s activities and pricing, and recommend improvements to current offerings to enhance competitive positioning
Budget:-
• Manage the company’s budgeting cycle and provide input to the budgeting process
• Ensure effective utilization of the company’s budget, and report accurately on progress made and challenges encountered
• Investigate and propose implementing strategies that result in positive financial impact and mitigates financial and operational risks Policies,
Processes and Procedures:-
• Recommend improvements to the company’s policies, and direct the implementation of procedures and controls covering all areas of activity so that all relevant procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering high quality and cost-effective results
• Stimulate subordinates and contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes and practices considering leading practices, improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement People Management
• Participate in the identification and recruitment of key talent for the company
• Manage, guide and assist direct reports to perform their functional operations in accordance with set policies and procedures
• Set performance objectives, provide necessary support, evaluate / appraise the team and provide regular feedback on performance
• Promote a high-performance working environment and promote values
