- Responsible for providing support to his direct manager.
- Managing and improve office environment.
- Ability to work under pressure with multi tasks.
- Knowledge of general office machines, systems, including data entry, e-mail, filing, copying, scanning, mail processing and routing, and organizing, producing, and monitoring updates of reports.
- Should be organized and very good in documentation and follow up.
- Organize and store paperwork, documents and computer-based information
- coordinate and arrange appointments.
- schedule and attend meetings, create agendas and take minutes
المهارات
• Knowledgeable in Administrative work in Real Estate industry.
• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
• Attention to detail and problem solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Both know how to read and write and communicate in English and Arabic.
