As a Business development manager, you will participate in and manage pursuits and engagements. Sales of new work and managing delivery (revenues) will be paramount in this role. You will collaborate with EY colleagues and clients to determine our opportunity and engagement strategy and accordingly analyse and qualify training opportunities & engagement requests while adhering to relevant EY operational, financial and risk management guidelines.

*To qualify for the role you must have
-Strong training, learning, development and instruction design skills
-Strong project management skills
-Proven coaching, consultation and facilitation skills
-A minimum of 5 plus years of related work experience with a bachelor’s degree (or above) from any stream
*Ideally you’ll also have
-Prior experience working in international markets
Arabic language proficiency
