• Maintaining relationships with existing customers through regular review visits;
• Visiting potential customers to demonstrate products and gain new markets;
• Acting as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets;
• Contacting clients by phone to negotiate terms of an agreement and conclude sales;
• Gathering market and customer information;
• Staffing trade exhibitions and demonstrations; • Negotiating variations in price, delivery and specifications with managers;
• Advising on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions;
• Visiting retail and wholesale outlets;
• Checking quantities of goods on display and in stock;
• Recording sales and order information and sending copies to the sales office;
• Reviewing own sales performance;
• Gaining a clear understanding of customers’ businesses and requirements;
• Making accurate, rapid cost calculations;
• Giving Samples as per customers need
• Making quotations and follow up.
• Giving suggestions to customers what they really need
• Keeping sales on the right track to achieve targets monthly.
• Communicating with customers account to avoid any discrepancy in payments by providing them statement of accounts
• Collection of due bills as per credit terms.
