responsibilities include:
• Requirements gathering, business logic and rules defining, planning and analysis
• Executes business analysis activities, identifying project risks and issues, monitor and report requirements activities, participating or facilitating user acceptance testing
• Translates business requirements into various documentation deliverables for projects with high complexity using diagrams and prototyping.
• Effectively lead the work of other team members.
• Effectively communicate through all levels of the business and engineering teams
المهارات
Required Qualifications:
• 3 or more years of experience as a System Analyst.
• At least 1 year of experience working with Agile development or Agile product delivery teams
Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field or equivalent work experience
• understanding of the software development cycle, design research and A/B testing methods, API’s, HTML, CSS and web analytics
• Ability to define basic and complex architectural diagrams and data flows using UML (preferred)
• Ability to define the project prototyping using ADOBE XD (preferred)
• Track the project execution; completing excellent products on time and on budget
• Knowledge of user experience trends and digital / web consumer behaviors
• Familiarity with financial concepts and financial/budget management
• Proven ability to work under rapid development cycles to achieve a common goal
