*Assist in the development of the Operations annual business plan, KPIs, budget, and policies and procedures
*Ensure the proper operations of all overseen malls across all functions (tenant relations, customer service, HSE, gov. relations, specialty leasing, FM, and others) and proper implementation Annual Mall Business Plans by Mall Managers
*Ensure regional operations’ fit with ACCL’s brand values and guidelines
*Allocate regional pool of resources (event coordination, specialty leasing, government relations) to individual malls and resolve any conflicts amongst functions/ units
*Coordinate the allocation of corporate resources serving the region (e.g., purchasing coordinators, accountants)
*Oversee the network synergies and manage the intra-region relationships for specialty leasing
*Ensure leasing and renewal of accounts for non-GLA (common area) space is performed
*Coordinate with other regions for lead forwarding of specialty tenants
*Coordinate with regional leasing tenants on site opening dates and tenant handover
*Ensure the implementation of HSE policies and procedures at mall level and obtain periodic reports from Mall Managers
*Oversee the implementation of the annual event plan
*Ensure national events and events planning are well organized in malls
*Assist on obtaining of mall opening licenses and permits
*Develop periodic reports for Management on key trends/ market conditions at the regional level
*Facilitate the work of Quality Assurance teams across the region’s malls and enforce corrective actions identified by QA Customer Service reports
المهارات
Education:
*Bachelors degree in business administration/management, or equivalent is required
*MBA or equivalent is preferred
Relevant certifications in retail operations management are required (e.g., ICSC, MECSC)
Experience:
*10+ years in retail operations, tenant management, with at least 5-7 years in a senior leadership role
*Proven track record in managing the operations of large retail portfolios (upwards of 0.5 -1 Mn sqm of GLA)
*Solid track record and experience in tenant/customer relationship management and property management in KSA
*Experience in managing FM service providers
*Experience in specialty leasing
