POSITION PURPOSE
mainly Reporting and Analytics , the employee in this position will be expected to works to understand business requirements, document them in standard formats, obtain business user approval and work them seamlessly into the bigger picture.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Strategic:
• Proactively work with stakeholders to identify future business opportunities and enhancements
• Understand and proactively support the analytic needs of a Business Unit
Operational:
• gathering requirements and evaluate solution options to support processes
• Designs and documents process workflows and related documentation to support processdevelopment, any system enhancements, and implementation of recommendations.
• Works closely with business owners and stakeholders to identify and maximize opportunities to use information and technology to improve product, service and/or program business processes.
• Provides recommendations for process and/ system improvements and report any system problems that may prevent daily functions to the appropriate resource.
• Works with other team members and project stakeholders to generate requirements specifications according to standard templates, using natural language simply, clearly, unambiguously, and concisely.
• Collaborates with business sponsors, business users, and others, as necessary, to ensure processes are rolled out, adopted and adhered to by the target audience
• Design and create business process classification frameworks with various levels of detail and levels of decomposition—for both cross industry/sector and sector-specific frameworks

Business line managers Ensure gathering and alignment on various business requirements with business owners
Program Executive Collect input and collaborate on reports and solutions for programs

Vendors Enhance knowledge of different features and limitations of software
المهارات
• Bachelor’s or graduate degree from a recognized university in Computer Science or smilier
• 2-5+ years of relevant experience in well-established institutions
• Ability to quickly learn complex business processes and understand the underlying technology.
• Proven experience in change management, and process management skills
• Excellent attention to detail and results oriented with a track record demonstrating strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills with a track record of translating complex technology information to business users and vice versa
• .
• Exercises judgment in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results. Internal and external contacts often pertain to company plans and objectives.
• Follows processes and operational policies in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
• An ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and within tight time constraints
