• Describe what decision would this role make and the impact.
• Described the job challenge(s) and work complexities, if any. Develop and establish safety policies and procedures, monitoring records, housekeeping strategies, safety and hygiene duties for company site(s).
• Support Global Engineering & HSE with implementation of guidelines for HSE and Compliance monitoring.
• Lead, train, motivate and evaluate safety awareness of employees. Conduct safety walks, Process Hazard Analysis, meeting all relevant HSE Standards.
• Establish a regular professional reporting system for HSE and duty to report all accidents / incidents in the company Reporting Systems. Incident and accident analysis incl. root cause analysis, determination of corrective and preventive actions. Reporting about safety planning, activities and records, supervision and evaluation of reports to safety to establish best-in-practice information to all employees.
• Provides for motivation and familiarization of all Company personnel respecting the importance of complying with Company system procedures and all Safety equipment provided. Leads accident / incident investigation.
• Carries out any in-house safety training and safety audits on Sub-contractors.
• Responsible for daily operation of HSE related facilities at site or supporting of the responsible managers.
• Balancing and regular reporting regarding HSE related utility consumption, waste generation, waste water generation.
• Performance monitoring of HSE related operations incl. waste water treatment for the process established at orlu site; incl. process improvements. Performs Risk Assessment.
• Provides Safety support and advice, including supervision on preparation of plans and procedures for initial contract start-up activities.
المهارات
• Bachelor / Master Degree with 10 – 15 years of exp in handling HSE activities for construction sector.
• NEBOSH-IGC & IOSH qualification is must.
• Candidates with GCC experience and precast background is preferred
