JOB Objectives:
- Plan and Manage the performance of QHSE activities in pursuit of overall company objective
- Plan and develop systems and procedure to improve the operating Quality and HSE efficiencies within the company
Responsibilities
- Setting and following the implementation of quality programs, system, and projects to meet the international standards as a medical care center specialized in Rehabilitation and physiotherapy
- Implementing Lean Management to reduce waste and increase efficiency
- Setting and following the implementation of quality programs, system, and projects to meet the international standards as a medical care center specialized in Rehabilitation and physiotherapy
- Conducting Voice of the patients analysis frequently
- Assuring a high level of patients safety and satisfaction
- Ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedure
- Leading the ISO, CBAHI, AND accreditation projects
- Developing, maintaining, documenting, and organizing systems, processes and Standard Operating Procedure ( SOP )
- Attending meetings and contribute to company strategy and policy-making as required
- Controlling and supervising quality whilst preventing occupational or infection risk
- Controlling over environmental conditions
- Communicating all new standards with quality team and with concerned departments
- Preparing and assist in preparing periodical reports and quality trending reports
Required Qualification
- Degree : Minimum bachelor in health care management, quality management, business administration, industrial engineering, physiotherapy or nursing
- Preferable PMP certified
