Maximize sell in and sell out with all the customers. Gather market intelligence data on competitor’s activity, strategy and help the Sales & Marketing team formulate aggressive strategies to increase the market share. You are responsible to implement all sales activities and maximize business in your specific area opportunities. Add new customers to meet the channel expansion targets. Manage the Sales Executives effectively to deliver the assigned targets. Provide daily reports to Sales Manager on sales, collection & undelivered performance. المهارات Understanding of the retail sales process. Familiarity with consumer behavior principles. Excellent communication skills and capable of building trusting relationships. Maintaining relationship with existing customers through regular review visits.
