Administration on the production operation and assurance that all work instructions and procedures are strictly followed.
- Orchestration of production schedule.
- Development and exploration of new production methods.
- Review and assessment for potential projects
- To ensure that workers are adequately skilled and experienced in following and understanding correct production methods
- To raise purchase requisition for production material requirements and to ensure that materials are properly stored in the factory
- To carry out trial mixes, maintain and update design mixes; and amend concrete batches due to fluctuation of moisture content mostly of raw materials
- To evaluate non-conforming materials/products and to decide necessary recasting, resawing and repair

Exp required – 15 to 20 Years
Civil Engineer Background
Reporting to Plant Head
Candidate must have exp in Precast production, planning, project scheduling and quality management.
Candidate should have exp in manufacturing of precast products like Beams, Columns, Wall Panels, Double Wall Panes and Hollow Core Slabs.
Responsible for shop floor management and supervision.
Can able to understand the project drawing, erection schedule and project management.
Must have exp in setting up a Precast Factory / Plant.
Candidate with KSA / GCC experience is preferred.
Good leadership skills.
